Following on from the Paaint-balling we went Quad Biking with a stop at Burger King in between... Jay didn't feel like eating though and simply collapsed on a park bench looking decidely worse for wear (much to everyone elses amusement).

The Quad biking was really good, we were split into 2 groups, one of which went off to do the trail on the bigger bikes which involved various obstacles whislt the others razzed around the track racing and trying to get the best lap time. The fastest 3 from each group then went through to a final 3-lap race to decide the winner. Stuart was the winner although I got the fastest lap... Brad of course got plenty of mud and champagne down his neck after he podium celebrations.

The evening was spent in Carmarthen, but as this was a stag do I can't reveal too many of the details!
